Trying to understand......
A guy that volunteered to fight a war, fought and was wounded in it has no right to be a critic of that war.
But according to Republican logic, a draft dodging Cheny with his five deferrments takes a chicken-hawk position after the fact and criticizes the decorated veteran that actually fought the war for his opinion of the government policy he decried?
Seems to me the guy that was there, and knew first hand what was going on was in the better position to pass judgement on the policy he fought to defend. Especially as opposed to the fellows that avoided their military obligation and read about service in the newspapers.
Just another one of those things that make you go hmmmmm!
