A question
Even though I really got into shooting guns as a kid and young man, I have no need for them anymore in my life. As such, I am a bit naive in the models and capabilities these days. I'm sure much of what you said in your post is true and the banned models are not clearly or logically defined.
My question is though, why does it seem that the law enforcement organizations seemed to be nearly unanimous in supporting the extension of the ban? You'd think they also have a healthy understanding of the nuances of the law.
