Short answer? No.
The Democrats constructed an artificial issue to try and change the outcome of an election. I used such ballots for years, and so have many other voters across the nation. Somehow, everyone managed.
The vast majority of people in Florida weren't stupid, or unable to use these ballots. The Democratic Party set up an organized attempt to make us all think they were. If the side-effect was to make Florida the butt of thousands of jokes, whose fault is that?
