Like he told a 5 year old there is no Santa Clause, no Easter Bunny, and no Tooth Fairy all at once.
If Edwards gave a great trial lawyer's performance, then Cheney was the judge who told him to quit trying to introduce false evidence or else be held in contempt of court.
Edwards was clearly outmatched...I seriously had twangs of sorrow for the guy: He looked like Dan Quail when he got spanked him for daring to compare himself to Jack Kennedy. Only it didn't happen just once. It happened again and again.
