Would we be better off with both Iran and Iraq with WMD?
And how did we know Iran was in an arms race at the time? The UN and other countries helping them build there plants had everything in control. Iran said at the time they were following UN guide lines and just wanted energy resources.
We removed Saddam because of his history of using WMD on people and was considered a threat because of his nature.
The point is, if we did not remove Saddam he would surely have acquired WMD status without us even knowing about it.
