Does Kerry have a better plan for Iran or does he just want to attack anything and everything that Bush does?

Would Kerry invade Iran instead?

The Bush Administration is negotiating with Europeans in an attempt to resolve the Iranian nuke issue before it escalates further.

So what is the problem?
