On the first question asked of him Bush lied and obfuscated. The Flu vaccine was not contaminated and we didn't stop it coming to the USA. Britain refused to let Chiron (a US company in England), manufacture and or ship vaccine because of irregularities in manufacture not contamination.
As to Canada or some other countries filling the vaccine void is BS as well. By the time the drug was approved for us in the USA the flu season would be over a few months.
