You can only shift the fan around for so long....
... before the shit hits it. Bush and Co have proved themselves very adept at moving the fan, but they are even more prolific at producing shit, and sooner or later it's going to hit. Of course, it might just spatter everyone around, so we might end up with Powell as Pres after all. (What is the line of succession in the US?)
