True, and in 2 years, the congress will feel the effects, and 4 years the Dems could take the White house and possibly hold both Houses. Whereas if Kerry is president, he will take the blame, and even if he is successful, in 2 years the Dems could lose more members in congress.
And even if Bush is successful, the losses in 2 years in Congress are possible and in 4 years, the country could just as easily elect a Dem as President.

Of course I still expect that this will be a Bush landslide- that's a bit different. But few people think that Bush is going to have a landslide- the polls and the Presidential approval rating, etc, so there is nothing to worry about:)
