Trying to find certain Martian photos deep in the heart of Google, I got Ad Wared (whatever). I haven't been able to get into my homepage in days and finally re-setted/booted the pc and made it back. lol
The funniest thing (if there is such a thing in all this... here comes another pop up) is that the first pop up that comes up... even before I click anything in my start window is an ad for "Spyware Assasin". LOL I think they're in coohoots with each other. This all happens 'before' I get into the web AND it automatically stores this stuff as icons on my desktop AS IF I actually had done that myself. This one's new to me.
Husband said he would help me out on this, but I'm afraid to loose any of my usual folders/bookmars/email addresses.
'The thing' seems calm now since I rebooted lol.
There ought to be a law and these things are much worse than telemarketers, imho.
