Bazooka is very comprehensive and rivals ad-aware. I use both of them. The reason for that is for some reason the bugs Bazooka misses Ad-aware catches and vice-versa. Best part about Bazooka is it will tell you how to manually remove stuff from your registry. It seems daunting at first go but eventually it gets pretty easy.
Ad-aware misses some stuff. Bazooka may spot items that need to be hand removed from the registry. Eventually you will be glad you know how to get into your registry.
You know your system is clean when you can run both Bazooka and Ad-Aware and come up clean.
