I just wrote a column expressing disappointment that one of my phrases hasn't found its way into the political lexicon in this country. The phrase is deity overload, the theory that God may be all-powerful and all-knowing but that He is not all-patient. He's got a lot on his plate, and at some point He may look down with disfavor when Pat Robertson asks for His blessing for a deal to trade his delegates for the vice presidential nomination.
This is a published person, obviously. I have transcribed and proofread the quote from a print source, an interview with the person. This person is not someone on the A list of celebrity authors, but has published in a variety of areas and so may be known to some of you. Good luck!
