As yet, according to sources in the Pentagon (and you can take that or leave it IMO, since they're anonymous), these high-level explosives have not been used. I have seen no evidence anywhere else that these explosives have been used in attacks. Almost every bomb I have read about is kludged up from artillery shells or other conventional explosives.

This is yet another "issue" being sustained solely by the screaming of Democrats, and it isn't going to hold up any better than the other ones.
