Excuse me but....
...the explosives were secured under lock and key by the IAEA before George Bush chased them out of Iraq in order to conduct his dirty little war. Before the war, we knew where they were and they weren't going anywhere. Its was Bush's war that made these explosives unsecured and handy for the insurgents to scarf up to use against American soldiers. We knew they were there, but we did nothing to keep them from falling into the hands of the enemy. Just imagine if these were chemical or biological weapons.
