Oh, Lord, are any other Californians out there still staring at the voting package?
I have to dive into it this week. Time's running out. Blech.
Doesn't make me any happier to know that for everyone who tries to figure it out, there will be at least one person who will vote a certain way because somebody gave them a cookie, or distracted them with something shiny.
Somehow the bar has to be raised, but I have never been able to think of anything effective, fair, and able to be universally-applied. Besides, as far as politicians go, the more astronomically butt-ignorant a voter is, the better. They LIKE voters than can be convinced by giving them a cookie.
