I've been putting it off since the mailman dropped it off (making that unusually loud thump).

Who to believe: sleaze-bag Arnold? sleaze-bag Indian casino owners? sleaze-bag racetrack and card club owners pretending to be sleaze-bag Indian casino owners?

In general, if I can't make sense of it, I will not vote on a proposal or on a candidate.
