I don't think there are many like you out there. I detest all the junk mail and nuisance calls but I have a listed number and I thrash the junk mail directly out of the mail box in front of my house.

I have gotten a few push poll calls but I am not sure I have ever gotten a real poll call. I hang up on the push polls.

I am on the no call list but that is on hold isn't it? If not, I still get nuisance calls but perhaps not as many. I also get calls on my fax line which is unlisted.

I admire anyone that takes a stand like yours on TV. I might watch 1-2 hours per week plus some sports but I still have all the cable offers and my kids watch too much. We work at sorting it out but I suspect they might be better off without it.

In spite of the undesirable stuff that gets through they do learn some worthwhile things from TV. I have very smart kids and some not as smart in my home. I have found that the smart ones do a good job of filtering out the BS and the others don't do as well.
