Never implied they were Tom, only that there was this different feel to going out and voting today. When conditions change that drastically, all bets, such as my assumption that Bush was going to sweep here, are essentially off.
By the way, your post reeks of wishful thinking and a confrontational style. You may want to work on that aspect to your congnitive reasoning. Had you lived in Arizona during our last gubenatorial race I'm sure the shock would've been total when you found out this ultra-conservative state elected a female, lesbian, Democrat governor.
