Is going after the Klan with our racketeering laws not also "supressing a political party"?
The Klan thinks so.
If a political party uses tactics that amount to criminal intimidation and verbal assault to push their agenda, the public has a right to expect that law enforcement will become involved.
Ideas alone are apparently not the issue. Please pay a little more attention to what Raoul is saying about tactics.
