If the court decided to ban the VB, it's because it figured it had a case; They were not incompetent as there is an obvious racist content in the adds they spread to the public.
But all the VB has to to is to change its name, become a new party and the courts won't be able to ban them as long as that new party doesn't use racist slogans.
Van Gogh has nothing to do with this issue.
We've known the opposite: a Belgian, one evening, took his gun and shot his arab neighbour for no reason. A riot followed. The guy was sent to jail and the situation calmed down. The guy who shot Van Gogh also was arrested, I believe. He'll get wat the dutch courts give to those who do the same.
