What happens if terrorists threaten to kill a bunch of people, if this guy isn't released from prison? Or say instead the demand is only to shorten his time in prison. Or what about those in charge giving this guy a trial- are they going to fear for their lives?
So people might firmly believe that Van Gogh should have been executed and those killing him were "heros". How do you arrive at a justice in this situation?
