This board is not the only place on the internet, you know, and the liberals here aren't the only ones in the world.

I sat here for months while the president was abused in the vilest possible manner, not just by the left wing extremists, and multi-million dollar organizations funded specifically for that purpose, but by media moguls and leaders in the Democratic Party.

The Left unleashed every last political weapon in their arsenal. Millions of dollars flowed into anti-Bush propaganda. Anti-Bush movies were distributed widely, and lauded by the cultural elite. Anti-Bush books were fired directly from publishers into the media publicity machine, at the rate of almost two a month. Central figures in the mainstream media gave up every pretense of objectivity, and did whatever it took to get their boy elected, including biased reporting, collusion with political organizations, and outright fraud. Nothing but bad news laid at Bush's door for week after week after week.

After the election, which wasn't close enough for the lawyers to get their teeth into (thank God), I was then treated by the Left around the world to a vomitous outpouring of elitism and hatred, with rank contempt for those in America who voted for Bush. I'm wishing now that I had posted every last goddam example I had to look at, right here on these boards until everybody here wanted my veins between their teeth.

Bush won by well over three million votes, and picked up a larger percentage of the vote in almost every state in the union than in 2000.

Damn right we have a little satisfaction coming. Bush beat some pretty big odds, and won it anyway.
