When we lost nearly 3,000 American citizens in New York City we appropriately retaliated against those responsible.

Now we are murdering tens of thousands more innocent civilians in Iraq and we have lost the moral highground in the war against terror completely. We have become precisely who it is we hate.

And still the man responsible for 9/11 runs free.
