The boy needs a lot of councelling; however, I would start by finding him an entirely new counselor... Telling the mother that her son is getting worse can only mean that the current councelor, his school, and possibly even the boy's parent herself is failing the child miserably.

At age 14, if they don't act fast to improve the situation, that child will be lost for good.

Sad.
