I think the Canadians should hand him over, and he should spend a year in prison.
I don't think it is surprising that this guy makes wild claims. I wouldn't be surpised if some American soldiers think aliens have landed and have put probes up their butt. A year in prison seems more than fair justice for this twit. After he gets out or jail, he can go to Canada or wherever.

Btw if Canadian don't like our prisons, maybe they develop a prisons in Canada and provide a lower cost to America tax payer, so we "outsource" it:). Also a large percentage of our prison population includes drug offenders. Since Canada has legalized drug use, maybe they can get some of our drug offender prisoner population. These Canadian prisons could focus on treating or "allowing" some drug use.
