I'm surprised

I haven't kept up with the production but I'm nearly certain that I read it would be set in the original victorian period. I guess they changed their minds.

I have never seen a good scifi film set in the Wells, Verne era. They all seem to come out cheesy and like a TV mini-series.

I was looking forward to WOW in throw back but I will still want to see it.

For some bad scifi woth watching see the new Dawn of the Dead now out on dvd.

- Evidently this is the decade of the movie remakes. Few, if any, are even nearly as good as the originals. More proof that screenwriters are unimaginative dolts. (n/t) - David F Mayer - 12/19/2004 9:48:28 PM
