Collected "Hellblazer" for a while, but it was just too damn dark for my taste, although well-done. Ended up selling them. I believe Constantine was originally an invention of Alan Moore during his stint on "Swamp Thing," but I'm not sure. Constantine fares much better as a guest star in other comics.
Some other comic items:
The complete "Bone" collection has come out in a single hardcover book. Rated for all ages.
I'm collecting "Fables" in trade paperback. This has gotten to be a really great series. "Astro City," too.
Steve Rude is back with "The Moth," a marvelous tribute to the old Kirby style of comics.
The complete "Peanuts," a chronological republishing of every "Peanuts" strip in existence, is being issued one wonderful hardcover book at a time.

You want some Harry Potter weirdness, check out the original "Books of Magic" series, written by Neil Gaiman. It's about a British boy with dark hair and glasses who discovers he's wizard material. Ends up with a pet owl, too.
"books of Magic" was originally published in 1990, several years before the first Harry Potter book was published. All signs point to coincidence, nothing sinister.
Off Topic » in reply to Harry Potter grows up to be Sam Spade.
Too gory for my tastes. And a little comics news...
