Kyoto needs to outlaw volcanos
Inspite of the great science offered by 'treason', if Kyoto was about managing climate it would have offered solutions, as you point out.
When the orthodoxy is so strident and defensive, as is the industrial climate change orthodoxy, it invites quesitons.
So far, the defenders of the status quo claims are not answering the questions clearly at all.
