Now, today. We need to stop burning carbon and nitrogen totally. Period.
That involves massive wind farms, serious photovoltaic global albedo engineering, solar thermal for industry, and a real international space program. We need to redesign the way we do everything, from scratch, starting with the buildings.
And, yes, no wars either. That means no weapons. No burning nitrogen. Get it?
It isn't just hydrogen, it's hydrogen AND oxygen. We need to quit burning the air we breathe.
