I looked for extra links

Since your page was rather difficult to follow, I searched for 'Mace-Scaron' and 'freedom', and found this excerpt from here:

Joseph Mace- Schron, vice- editor of ' Figaro Magazine ' remarked in his article sub title :
" Freedom, Equality, Fraternity and Secularity ", that the decision of Jack Lang, the former French minister of education, who had permitted some girls participating to French schools to be dressed in charchaf hiding faces had enormous social consequences. ' Freedom ' to be discerned by the hidden face laid to the ' freedom to terrorize some social groups ' and recently paralyzed the normal way of education in many suburbs of French towns. Teachers in these suburbs don't feel safe, can't present ' objectively ' recent history. Also other customs and habits in these suburbs can't be expressed freely. Joseph Mace Scaron maintains that the freedom of expression of real convictions of even of central French authorities is influenced already much by this situation in town agglomerations.

The deep essential reasons of this situation concern known logical problem related to the meaning of ' social freedom '. A semantic problem of the very special word ' freedom ' is known. So called ' freedom in a society ' cannot exceed very particular limits. Namely society should not give freedom to societal concepts, movements and actions, which tend to limitations and finally to elimination of freedom.

Maybe it will help your argument somehow - it sounds humanist, which I think is your philosophy ..?
