Interesting collection of impact risk. 2004 MN4 looks menacing because it is nearly on plane with earth as opposed to 2004 VD17 & 1997 XR2 and it's orbit is inside of Mars.
I checked out the Orbit Simulation of both and 2004 VD17 might have an error in the Earth Impact Table . They list the date of 5/04/2091 as the potential risk date but the orbit simulation shows the asteroid far away from Earth. I ran the simulation on daily increments and it looked like on 5/04/2095 there was agood chance of impact on Earth.
I'm certainly just a beginner at this so I could be missing something.
