Hmmmm.

I used the number (4) to divide with,
but I can see where you use (2).... (2) makes more sense to divide with.

I ignored temperature issues for simplicity,
but obviously any steel [In this case, Stainless Steel (Type 302)] will weaken
with high temperature.
You need to protect the metal from heat.
So?
Cork...lots of cork.......

And inside the nozzle? Lots of carbon-phenolic saturated ablative material.
