I trust my friend completely, having known him for more than thirty years. I heard his kids, without prompting, say the color was greenish-blue. I wonder if the tinted windows of the car would have altered the color?
I'll suggest his reporting his observations to authorities, but leave it to him to decide his duty. Mind you, he saw the light on Tuesday, not at the time when the pilots reported seeing it.
