He can hide behind free speech but we all know the truth.

The next time your boss tells you to show up for work on time tell him that he is infringing on your freedom of movement and you'll show up when and if you want to show up. Then let us all know how liberated you feel. (And keep in mind that you probably don't even have a contractual obligation to your employer).
