It means the reasons are not clear (they're still not clear to me) as they have changed with time and when previous reasons could not be supported anymore.
The terrorist issue? What terrorist? The 9/11 ones? But Iraq had nothing to do with them!! The current terrorists in Iraq? They became so AFTER the US invasion!!
Any just war must have a clear cut reason, a simple straightforward
reason the global community understands.
This is why it's no international conflict.
