At about $7,000 a year per student, it isn't that much more expensive than regular school costs. I don't see anything wrong with the charter school's operations. I assume you are primarily complaining about the residency requirement issues.
Tell me about it. I live in California, where residency is iffy at best, and the schools are full of Mexican kids.
