That is a flat-out lie, and you have absolutely no evidence from any source that would indicate that more than a small percentage of Iraqis want the insurgents to win. Sure as living hell none of the Shiites or Kurds do, and even most Sunnis wish they and us would both just go away. Your own post not three or four lines above lists 200,000 active supporters, with only a fraction being "hard-core." Out of 25 million Iraqis, that's less than a percent.
