Haisch's so-called "California Institute for Physics and Astrophysics" is an empty suit. Its just an office and a website. It has no grants, no contracts and is not involved in conducting original research. Its not affiliated with any university. Its a name to attached to a resume. Mr. Haisch is not himself involved in conducting original research, He merely writes very speculative articles - very speculative.
