Don't know where you work, but you might want to poke them about that. I've never worked anywhere with that drastic a restriction on choice. Everyone else: Is this common out there?

I was looking at the Schwab index funds, and their International Index fund has been outperforming the U.S. index funds. Might put a little bit in there. My SEP IRAs give me a lot of options.
