Turn Iraq into a vacuum, then suck in the jihadists from the surrounding countries. Collect them into one area and kill them. Throughout the Mideast, there are only so many extreme radicals wanting to die in order to spread their religion. By concentrating them in Iraq and letting them either blow themselves up or get killed or captured, we are making the entire region a safer less hostile place.
