What the fuck does MER hits have to do with the average taxpayer?
Most of the MER hits, since January, 2004, almost certainly do NOT come from
some average Joe taxpayer who spends 48 hours or more a week
driving big rigs, operating a jack hammer, harvesting wheat, chasing crooks,
installing plumbing , electric wiring or stacking goods at WALMART.
Hello, Doug! Hello!....I'm talking about flannel and blue collar workerw
who make up the MAJORITY of taxpayers in the US of A.
Engineers, internet addicts and space geeks do NOT make up the
majority of US TAXPAYERS.
Case closed.

Go around your neighborhood, pal, and ask your grocer, your dentist,
your bus driver, your local police officer, your plumber, etc...what they would like to see in space programs....Guess what? You'll get responses that jive with what I've said.
