We have a drug problem here in U.S. of A. It is found in all of our major cities. In rural areas, in the inner city, everywhere. Does that mean that our central government has lost control of these areas?
Our government has a difficult time defending and controlling our borders. The Afghan government has only been in existence for close to four years. Give them a chance.
