I never brought up the Sierra Club, you did, trying to pretend that they were a big part of the pro-climate-change forces (along with "a few college professors"). They aren't, not by a long shot, and I said so.
So essentially, the pie you threw in your second paragraph here just blew back in your face, but I suppose that's neither here nor there.
The cartoon made my point on the IPCC. If the crisis goes, so do they.
