Titan has a high likelihood of an internal ocean and a bigger supply of ammonia. The atmospheric chemistry adds more energy to the system by forming high-energy molecules like ethylene, and there's definitely some sort of cryovolcanic interchange between surface and the depths.

Europa IMHO has been over-sold.
