* FAR less damaging radiation
* Much more interesting 'geology'
* Easier landing
* Much more interesting chemistry than the rad blasted vacuum of Europa
Europa
* Any ocean is likely many Km below the surface, VERY hard to access
Without exotic technology, Tit.yan is far more accessable than Europa. In any case we need to use Jimo technology to make a worthwhile mission.
