I don't think the UN has much moral authority at all, looking at its recent actions or inaction e.g. Darfur, Zimbabwe, North Korea, tsunami relief, paedophilia/forced prostitution, Oil For Fraud etc. Maybe the dream is finally over and people are starting to wake up.
