EP Thanks! It appears Walt poured tens of millions, perhaps even the entire 170 million he repped-off from the American people into endless alt.space ventures and the net results were no better then NASA - viewgraphs, big promises and then zip.....
And folks here actually believe that Alt.Space wil do what NASA hasn't? With that track record? Gee - tSpace couldn't even handle the paperwork NASA requires. I wonder if insanity is an option for his defense.
In any case it will be interesting to see how many of Walt's space adventures are dragged into his trial. It will be enlightening to see what was really going on behind all the alt.space hype over the last decade. Probably enough material for some really good tell all books.
BTW the X-15 made about a dozen flights into space in the late 1950's early 1960's. The SR-71 never flew over 100K based on what's in the books I have on it.
