Well maybe he learned a lesson from last time he was offered easy money by lawyers offering to sue. Maybe he regets that choice.
Besides, if he wanted to he could write a book, and/or do film. I don't think it would be a good idea, but if he was only interested in money then it could be worth the potential trouble or he could see it as payback for all the trouble he has gone through. I think there is no doubt that there is a market for it.
