Its interesting that the Schindler's missed their deadline opportunity last saturday to pose this particular question before the 11th Circuit. Now, suddenly, in the eleventh hour they ask the court to forgive its deadline.

The Schindlers also played this game of brinksmanship last week after waiting a week after Terri's tube was removed to claim in court that she stated whe "wanted to live" on March 18th, before the tube was removed.

This looks more like judicial theater rather than an earnest effort at keeping Terri alive. It makes me question the Schindlers real motives in all of this.
