Once again, the courts by the very nature are not a private matter.
The idea the courts are private is offensive. Judges are public servants. Juries private citizens performing a public service. Justice is a public concern. Private disputes should primarily be resolved privately, it is the failure of resolving an issue, that leads to the recourse of using the courts.
